Single screw extruder
Function and application
SJ series single screw extruder is mainly used for extrusion of soft, rigid PVC, PE, PP and other thermoplastic material. Equipped with suitable auxiliary machines (including the calibration head), it can be applied to the production of various types of plastic products, such as film, pipe, bar, panel, thread, insulating layer of cable, hollow section, etc.
The machine possesses the advantages of novel design, high capacity, excellent plasticising ability and low power consumption. Adopting ZLYJ series special hard tooth surface reduction gear box. it enjoys the features of low noise, stable running, high bearing capacity, long service life, etc
